I have seen members of your group operating in Tollyton. I have been in Tollyton for a long time now. My suggestion is to make organized efforts between all the groups all the groups and free-lancers to make an organization to enforce and ensure barrication policies, radio frequencies and such. Not a group so you can still continue with your own stuff. This message is also being sent to other survivor groups.

The command structure of the ZDers has collapsed, and the term 'Zone Defender' pretty much means a free-lancer dedicated to the Zone. However that does include the established barricade plans and radio frequencies. Tollyton should be operating on 26.17. Once our strength gains back (a lot of leaders are in a new group - Roftwood Emergency Response) we will better be able to help enforce these policies. In the meantime I encourage you and all others to tag buildings, adjust barricades, and do your best to try to keep the rest of the populous informed of the plans. Thanks for your support!
